Raleighwood’s Lisa Jeffries Talks Email Marketing with ZeroBounce
Think “email is dead”? Hardly. I love putting in the time to debunk this common digital marketing myth and was delighted when Corina Leslie of ZeroBounce recently reached out to include me on their blog in a post, “Lisa Jeffries: ‘Email Has Been One of the Sharpest Tools in Our Shed‘”.
ZeroBounce is an email validation service, offering “military-grade data encryption” (their words). What does that mean for marketers? Email list validation does a few things of great benefit including removal of email addresses that don’t exist (fake email addresses) and removal of misspelled email addresses. In turn, you’ll see lower bounce rates, IP reputation (improving deliverability), and improved inbox placement for your email campaigns. Win, win, win! Their “freemium” plan begins with 100 monthly credits at no charge and grows to with you based on the number of email addresses you require validation for each month.
All of this is part of good email marketing hygiene, one of the topics Corina and I discuss on the blog. We also delve into success tips for email marketing, shifting focus to additional metrics in email reporting, and the observed struggles in DIY small business marketing.
Sneak Peek: I also offer up my top three digital marketing strategies for 2019. But you’ll have to check out the full post for the goods!
